A ‘hands on’ Senior Executive with flexible skills and a ‘can do’ attitude. Twenty years experience in Alternative Investments, including setting up Asian Fund/Asset Managers and leading multi-location audits/advisory projects in Asia and Europe for a ‘big four’ professional services firm. Constructing then delivering strategic business plans/budgets and reporting financial and KPI information to stakeholders both regularly and on a special project basis.
A deep understanding of the logistics and difficulties in setting up a private Fund or listed investment vehicle combined with extensive technical accounting knowledge and commercial experience in both Real Estate and Private Equity.
Experienced in working with various types and domicile of Funds, and designing and implementing investment structures / Funds in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Macau, Japan, Australia, Thailand, Guernsey, Jersey, and various European countries.
